With only 126 days before the convention, we are about half way to our delegate count for the conclave. We are now on the second and final bus for the two pre-convention tours. There are only 39 seats left for Habeas Corpus Tour on June 30th with visitation to many Laurel and Hardy co-stars’ final resting places. We will now be taking a full tour of the famous Hollywood Forever Cemetery, one of the oldest cemeteries in Hollywood with graves of Valentino, Fairbanks, Powers and DeMille to name but a few. You will also see Alfalfa, Darla, Walter Long, Charles Middleton, Gertrude Astor, Otto Fries, Harry Bernard and Bobby Dunn’s graves as well. Other cemeteries will be visited on this tour and you can experience lunch on your own at the famed Hollywood’s Farmers Market. Cost is only $65.
The second pre-convention tour is that of a two hour cruise through the beautiful Newport Harbor on board John Wayne’s former yacht, The Wild Goose. Then a buffet lunch on the H.M.S. Queen Mary in Long Beach. You will recall that Boys’ sailed on the Queen to and from Europe. There are now only 24 spaces left for this once in a lifetime chance to experience this tour. Cost is only $149 including your lunch.
Don’t get shut out, if you are interested in either of these tours, sign up now for the convention and the tours.
Hope to see you this summer!
